This cocktail gets its name from the French word for jewel, because its ingredients resemble sparkling gemstones. A combination of gin (diamonds), Chartreuse (emeralds), and sweet Italian vermouth (rubies), the Bijou can trace its roots back all the way to the late 1800s. We switched out the vermouth for our very own jewel, Mommenpop Seville Orange aperitif.
