All hail an easy, two-ingredient cocktail...the spritz. Here we highlight Kumquat-pop’s subtle spice with the addition of ginger beer. The subtle, bright hints of green cardamom and green walnut play wonderfully with ginger, while the honeyed sweetness of persimmon and kumquat peel round out the spritz.
3 oz Kumquat-pop
2 oz ginger beer
Build in glass over ice and stir. Garnish with a lemon or lime wheel.
