Thank you for shopping online with Mommenpop! If there is an issue with your mommenpop.com online purchase, we're here to help.

RETURNS

According to federal law, we cannot accept returns on our products unless unopened and purchased in error. If this is the situation that you find yourself in, please contact us at hello@mommenpop.com or 707-302-9636 and we will be happy to assist. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any returns to mommenpop.com of Mommenpop products purchased elsewhere than our website.

All refunds are initiated to the original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

REFUNDS & RESHIPMENTS

According to federal law, we cannot issue a refund on our products unless unopened and purchased in error. Please note that this law prevents us from issuing refunds for products that end up not being to the customer’s taste. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

If your order arrived damaged or otherwise defective, please contact us at hello@mommenpop.com or 707-302-9636 and we will be happy to help by sending a reshipment. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours. To be eligible for a reshipment, we require proof of purchase from mommenpop.com (don't worry - we can easily look this up in our system if you don't have your receipt handy). In the case of damage to the product, we also require images of the damaged product. Without these images, we cannot initiate a reshipment - so please do not dispose of product before taking a picture that you can share with us.  

EXCHANGES

We do not accept exchanges on any of our products.

Please review our Shipping Policy in full and note that Mommenpop is not responsible for damage caused to unattended packages or improperly stored products.
