ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Once an order is successfully placed, processing may take up to 2-3 days. In the event of a nationally recognized holiday, orders will be processed the following business day. Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, transit time will vary depending on the shipping service selected at checkout.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs vary based on the package weight (size of your order) and where you live in the United States. During the summer months, we offer temperature-controlled (cold-chain) shipping so that your package arrives safely (see more information below). Express shipping is available in all states, with cost varying based on the size of your order. Shipping prices and options are available on the checkout page.
SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We only ship within the continental United States. Please note, due to state regulations, we are not able to ship to Alabama, Kansas, North Dakota, New Hampshire, South Dakota, Tennessee, or Utah.
ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON DELIVERY
According to Federal Law, an adult aged 21+ must be present to sign for a package containing alcohol at the time of its delivery. Please plan for your delivery accordingly and enter a valid email at checkout for shipping notifications. Our carriers may attempt multiple deliveries, but we are not liable for the cost of reshipping your package should it be returned to sender. If your package is returned to us due to too many failed delivery attempts, we can reship it to you for the original shipping cost.
COLD-CHAIN SHIPPING
Mommenpop is shelf-stable, but we use cold-chain shipping in the summer months when heat exposure might affect the quality of our products. Cold-chain shipping allows for us to deliver our products to you in a temperature-controlled truck. Wine and spirits can become heat-damaged at extreme temperatures, forcing the liquid to expand and the closure to be pushed out of the bottle. We use cold-chain shipping when product is being transported across the country (through states like Arizona and Nevada, where it can get up to 120 degrees in the summer) so that your order arrives safely! This process takes a bit longer - instead of taking up to one week, it can take up to two weeks. Cold-chain shipping is not necessary for shipments to California, Oregon, and Washington.
TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive your tracking number within 24 hours of your order being shipped. Tracking information will be sent to the email used to place the order. Please refer to your tracking information for the specific delivery date.
Tracking information will be sent in a separate email. If you don't receive the tracking information, please check your junk and spam folders! If you have placed a large order, it may arrive in more than one box and you will receive tracking information for each one of those boxes.
ORDER CHANGE REQUESTS
If you would like to modify your order, please contact us as soon as you can at hello@mommenpop.com or 707-302-9636. We are able to modify orders only if we receive your communication before the order is processed. To avoid a situation like this, please double-check all order information prior to finalizing your order.
ORDER DELAYS
We know how important it is for you to get your delivery on time and will always strive to meet expectations. We do not, however, offer refunds for delays caused by one of our shipping partners due to weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disaster, inaccurate shipping information, mistakes on the part of our shipping partners’ employees or similar reasons that are outside of our control.
As Mommenpop is a shelf-stable non-perishable product, it will arrive in great condition to enjoy even if it is fashionably late.
GIFT NOTES
Gift notes can be added in Step 3 of the checkout process and are printed on custom Mommenpop stationary to make that special someone feel like...that special someone! When a gift note is added, we will not put a receipt in the box.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If your order arrived damaged, please reach out to us right away at hello@mommenpop.com so that we can make things right! Per federal law, we are not able to offer a refund, but we are able to offer a reshipment. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
UNATTENDED PACKAGES
Mommenpop is not responsible for any damage or theft resulting from unattended packages.
