REVERSE JUNGLEBIRD
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Mommenpop Blood Orange
3/4 oz blackstrap rum
3/4 oz pineapple syrup
3/4 oz lime juice
Bar spoon Cynar
PROCESS
Combine all ingredients into shaker tin. Whip-shake for 5 seconds with 1 ice cube. Strain into a tall glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, 2 pineapple leaves and a mint sprig.
REVERSE PALOMA
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Mommenpop Ruby Grapefruit
1 oz silver tequila
1/2 oz cinnamon simple syrup
3/4 oz lime juice
1 1/2 oz grapefruit soda
Pinch sea salt
PROCESS
Add all ingredients to a chilled collins highball glass. Add ice and top with grapefruit soda. Garnish with a grapefruit slice.
REVERSE BIJOU
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Mommenpop Seville Orange
3/4 oz gin
3/4 oz green Chartreuse
2 dashes orange bitters
PROCESS
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with 5-6 ice cubes and stir for 10-15 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lemon twist.
REVERSE LEMONDROP
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 oz Meyer Lemonpop
1 oz gin or vodka
3/4 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz elderflower liqueur
3 dashes orange bitters
3 drops vanilla extract
PROCESS
Combine all ingredients into shaker tin. Shake hard with 5-6 ice cubes for 10 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon twist. Optional: Sugar the rim of the glass prior to straining.
